Refund policy

We are pleased to offer returns for U.S. online purchases within 21 days after your order has been delivered. Return or exchange requests submitted beyond this timeframe are not eligible for processing.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unopened merchandise qualifies for either a full refund to the original form of payment or full store credit. Refunds issued to the original payment method typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Store credit is issued instantly and delivered via email in the form of a digital gift card for future purchases.
If a fragrance has been opened or gently used and is deemed slightly used upon inspection, you may select one of two return options. A partial refund may be issued to your original form of payment with a 30% restocking fee applied, or you may choose to receive the full value as store credit. Store credit is delivered instantly via email as a digital gift card and may be applied toward your next purchase.

Exchanges
While direct exchanges are not available, we offer flexible return options designed to ensure you receive exactly what you desire. You may return your original order and select either store credit for a future purchase or a refund to your original method of payment. Once your return is processed, you are welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
